Well this is the classic example of Every dog has his day and Azim Premji has had his. Basically he exploits employees. Cuts corners everywhere and is a cheapo himself. There is no class in management or employees. Those who are classy leave ultimately and have done much better for themselves both from a career and financial perspective than inside Wipro.
Stock is bloated, float is low and noone is really happy inside excpet for low aspiration mediocres.
Also with so many companies replicating the software model there will be tremendous price pressure on Wipro in future. I do not see them doing anything great in future
